Preparing your shipments:
Accurately measure your parcels in centimetres, ensuring you take the longest measurement on each side, and take note of all three measurements (Length, Width & Height). Be as accurate as possible as carriers will check dimensions after collection and charge accordingly.
Put your parcels on your measuring scales one at a time, and take the individual weight of each of each parcel in kilograms, rounding up to the nearest 0.5.
Again, be as accurate as possible, as carriers will check.
After we receive your package dimensions, weight and any necessary documentation we will process the booking for you.
Once the booking is made we will send you the barcode labels for the shipment. You must attach these labels to all parcels before the carrier arrives for collection.
The collection driver will come and collect your parcels on your chosen day. You will need to be available during business hours to hand the parcels over. For International shipments you will also have to provide export documents to the driver, so please ensure you have these printed and ready.
And that's it - your parcels are scanned and on their way to their destination.
Online tracking usually goes live after a few hours of collection and email notifications will be sent to you as transit events occur.
You will also be notified by email once your parcels are safely delivered.
